An established top tier performer on the Australian blues scene and a rising singer/songwriter and her band, performing The Blues Tram together on Saturday 8 June 2019 – the incredible John McNamara and the sublime Jess Parker & The Troubled Waters!

Enjoy the sights of Bendigo’s architecturally stunning CBD from on board the sensationally restored vintage W Class tram, while being serenaded by two great acts:

John McNamara:
Multi Award Winning Blues act John McNamara is riding high with his acclaimed New album titled “Rollin’ With It.” Recording in Memphis with authentic STAX records legends the release has been getting rave reviews world wide. His music is being played all over the US and Europe including BBC radio, Reaching Number One position on the International Blues Airplay Charts and AMRAP charts as well as spending a few months on the Living Blues Charts. Being likened in the US to greats such as Sam Cooke and Otis Redding, John’s new sound is an authentic Memphis Soul/Blues experience. Full of stinging Blues guitar and inspiring vocals, bringing to life “A heart that beats with the Soul of Blues.”

Jess Parker & The Troubled Waters:
With a voice like honey poured over a thunder, a howling, beat up old Gretsch guitar and thumping animalistic drums, Jess Parker &
The Troubled Waters mix their unique brew of dark Australiana and roaring swamp blues perfectly. After recording their debut EP – ‘Goin’ Swimmin’ at The Aviary in late 2017 and embarking on a a string of local and regional shows, the momentum and force this Melbourne duos’ train is growing stronger and proving to be unstoppable.”
