A super-talented touring Queenslander and a long established local duo both make their Blues Tram Debut on our April 2018 event.

Enjoy the sights of Bendigo’s architecturally stunning CBD from on board the sensationally restored vintage W Class tram, while being serenaded by two great acts:

Jimmy Davis:
Story telling, lyrically conscious. Quirky and upbeat stage presence. Outstanding vocal performance. 12-string guitar with
fingerstyle/blues/folk influences. Howling blues anthems to intricate instrumentals.
Jimmy Davis is one of Australia’s most dynamic and versatile performers, with a sky high vocal range reminiscent of Robert Plant meets
Jeff Buckley, whilst heavily influenced by Tom Waits’s poetry. Jimmy is lyrically conscious and not genre restricted.

Jon & Bel:
Bendigo based jazz/blues/soul duo have been generating cool vibes in Bendigo venues for years, having had well supported residencies in The Gold Dust Lounge, Yard Bird, well attended shows in Billyroy’s Blues Bar and having featured multiple times at Bendigo Blues & Roots Music Festival, Jon & Bel finally make their Blues Tram Debut. Their mellow tones will be perfectly suited to cruising Bendigo’s historic streets in a beautifully restored vintage tram.
